In January 2022, CCfL began working in close collaboration with Haverstock School, forming a shared partnership under an Executive Headteacher. This proved very successful with all schools and their pupils seeing real benefits.

In April 2023, this relationship was cemented with the creation of H3 Federation, in which the schools operate under a single governing body. At the same time, the two schools which were previously called CCfL Agincourt site and CCfL Harmood site are renamed Heath School and Harmood School.

Each school retains its own unique character and is led by its own Head of School under the leadership of the Executive Headteacher. They each retain separate budgets and are inspected independently by Ofsted.

Executive Headteacher James Hadley says, ‘Our schools are made much stronger by working together as a collaborative family. I'm very much looking forward to leading Haverstock, Heath and Harmood Schools on the next exciting stage of this journey as we power up with the new ​H3​ Federation.’
