Naya Anim Boadu - Co-opted Governor
Dedicated to achieving positive changes to the people I work with, I thrive to bridge the gap between young people with mental, behavioural, and learning difficulties and their potential. After obtaining an Honours degree in Fine Art I've worked in education training as a Behaviour and Culture Lead supporting the succession of a school. Becoming a professionally aware and informed leader who can make evidence-based decisions to implement proven behaviour management processes and a culture of high expectations within a school.
As a CCfL (Agincourt) alumni I am honoured to share my knowledge and experience by giving back to the school that shaped me.

Hannah Ward, Co-opted Governor with responsibility for SEN
I am a passionate primary teacher in my eighth year of professional teaching. I began teaching through the Teach First charity, which serves to eradicate the educational disadvantage that can often arise in more deprived areas of the UK. I have now taught within both the UK maintained and independent sectors, and overseas in the international sector (Hong Kong). Currently a pre-prep class teacher at a well-established independent school in North London, I also hold responsibilities as Head of Year and PSHEE lead. I also hold a masters in Educational Leadership from UCL (IoE).
I am the SEND governor at CCFL and am proud to volunteer in this way to support the incredible work being undertaken by staff to make such a positive impact on the lives of pupils at the schools.

Rachel Hermer, Parent Governor - Chair of CPSI
I've been a Camden governor for 10 years, much of it at primary and now at CCFL and Acland Burghley School. I am the SEND link governor for both schools which reflects my particular interest in inclusion - as well as quality of teaching and learning. It's a privilege to be part of the team supporting CCFL.
A large part of my professional career was spent in the media. Over the past 10 years I have been pursuing my interest in education both as a governor and as the co-founder of Lifting Limits, a charity that works with primary schools to challenge gender stereotypes and promote gender equality.
I am parent to three children (all with SEN in mainstream provision) and love being out on the heath, in the Lido, cooking and being with family and friends. -
